- Office furniture during a fit-out or relocation. Desks, chairs, meeting tables and storage units out of the way while the new space is built, then delivered in when it is ready.
- Stock and equipment. Seasonal overflow, or inventory held between a warehouse contract ending and the next one starting.
- Retail fixtures. Shelving, displays and signage between locations or between pop-ups.
- Archive boxes. Records that have to be retained but do not need to occupy expensive office floor space.
Why business storage is quoted, not tiered
The residential tiers on this site are built around the contents of a home. Business storage rarely fits them: twelve identical desks and forty archive boxes stack in a way that a sofa and a wardrobe do not, so pricing by ‘bedroom equivalent’ either overcharges you or undersizes the space.
Send a list or a few photos and we will quote against the actual volume, the handling involved and how often you expect to need access. You get the figure in writing before anything is booked.
What matters more for business items
- The inventory becomes your asset record. Everything is photographed and filmed on the way in, which is what you need when the person who arranged the move has left the company.
- Temperature control matters for stock. Adhesives, electronics, printed material and anything laminated do not survive an unconditioned Dubai summer well.
- Retrieval planning. If you expect to pull items out regularly, tell us at quotation stage — how things are stored changes how quickly they can come back.
Return delivery is quoted separately and charged in addition to storage, unless it is already included in your agreed package.

Do you store for businesses?
Yes. Office furniture during a fit-out or relocation, stock and equipment, retail fixtures between locations, and archive boxes are all common. Business storage is quoted on what you actually need to store rather than from a fixed residential tier.
How much does storage cost in Dubai with Smart Space?
Storage starts at AED 500 per month for a boxes-only unit. A studio is AED 700, a one-bedroom AED 1,200, a two-bedroom AED 1,950 and a villa AED 2,600 per month. Packing and transport is charged once, from AED 850. All prices exclude 5% VAT.
You get the full price confirmed before anything is booked.
Can I access my items while they are in storage?
Your items are held in a managed facility rather than a self-storage unit you hold a key to, so access is arranged rather than walk-in. Message us on WhatsApp with what you need back and we will arrange retrieval or a return delivery.
Because everything is photographed on the way in, you can usually identify the exact item you want from your inventory before we go and find it.
Do I pay extra to get my things back?
Yes. Return delivery is quoted separately and charged in addition to storage, unless it is already included in your agreed package. It is normally charged at the same rate as your original collection, and the amount is confirmed with you before we schedule it.
If you paid six or twelve months upfront, your collection is free — return delivery is still quoted separately.
How quickly can you collect or return my items?
Message us on WhatsApp and we reply quickly. We confirm the collection or return slot with you before anything is scheduled — collection and return timing is confirmed based on availability.
The more notice you can give, the more choice of slot you have. If you are working to a fixed handover date, tell us the date when you first message.
Is my property covered while it is in storage?
Cover is not automatically included in the prices on this site. If you want cover for your items, raise it when you request your quote and we will set out the options in writing as part of your quotation and terms.
What is included as standard: a temperature-controlled, CCTV-monitored facility with controlled access, and a photo and video inventory of everything you hand over.
Is there anything you cannot store?
Yes. We cannot store food or anything perishable, live plants or animals, flammable or explosive material such as gas cylinders, fuel and solvents, chemicals, weapons and ammunition, illegal items, or cash, jewellery and documents of high value.
