What is not in these prices
Return delivery. Return delivery is quoted separately and charged in addition to storage, unless it is already included in your agreed package. It is normally charged at the same rate as your collection, and confirmed with you before it is scheduled.
VAT. All prices exclude 5% VAT.
Cover for your property. Cover is not automatically included. If you want it, raise it when you request your quote and the options will be set out in your quotation and terms.
When these rates do not apply
The rates above are published rack rates for standard residential storage. Some jobs are priced individually rather than from the table — villas after a survey, business and commercial storage, unusually large or awkward items, and anything needing specialist handling. In those cases you get a written quotation with the figure confirmed before anything is booked.
Collection and return timing is confirmed based on availability.

How much does storage cost in Dubai with Smart Space?
Storage starts at AED 500 per month for a boxes-only unit. A studio is AED 700, a one-bedroom AED 1,200, a two-bedroom AED 1,950 and a villa AED 2,600 per month. Packing and transport is charged once, from AED 850. All prices exclude 5% VAT.
You get the full price confirmed before anything is booked.
What is included in the monthly storage price?
The monthly price covers the storage itself: a temperature-controlled, CCTV-monitored unit with controlled access, your photo and video inventory, and WhatsApp support while your items are with us.
Packing and transport to storage is a separate one-off charge. Return delivery is quoted separately and charged in addition to storage, unless it is already included in your agreed package.
Do I pay extra to get my things back?

If you paid six or twelve months upfront, your collection is free — return delivery is still quoted separately.
How do I pay?
You get a written quotation confirming the monthly storage rate, the one-off packing and transport charge, and any painting, before anything is booked. Payment terms are set out on that quotation.
Paying quarterly saves 5%. Paying six months upfront makes your collection free. Paying twelve months upfront makes collection free and takes 5% off.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. There is no lock-in contract. You can store for a month or for a year.
If you pay quarterly or annually upfront to take advantage of the discounts, that period is paid in advance — the discount is the trade-off for committing early.
How do I know what size I need?
Send us a photo or a short video of the rooms on WhatsApp and describe the furniture. We will tell you which size fits and what it costs before you commit.
We size by category rather than by measurement: Boxes, Studio, 1 Bedroom, 2 Bedroom and Villa. Most people book the one that matches the property they are emptying — the one-bedroom category is the most common.
Can you paint the apartment as well?
Yes. We coordinate apartment painting for handover — studio AED 850, one-bedroom AED 1,600, two-bedroom AED 2,200, villa AED 2,800, excluding VAT. Book it together with your storage and you save AED 200.
You do not need to be there. We handle the scheduling so the flat is painted and ready for the handover inspection.
Is my property covered while it is in storage?
Cover is not automatically included in the prices on this site. If you want cover for your items, raise it when you request your quote and we will set out the options in writing as part of your quotation and terms.
