Who we are
Smart Space Storage Solutions (“Smart Space”, “we”) is a service operated by Vida Nordic Interior Decoration LLC, Office 506-0, Mezzanine Floor 2, ART Tower, Al Raffa, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy covers the website at smartspace-me.com and the enquiries that come through it.

What we collect
When you send an enquiry. The name, phone number, email address, collection address, description of items and preferred dates you enter in the form or send us on WhatsApp. We also record which page you were on and, where present, the campaign parameters in the link you arrived through, so we know which marketing is working.
When you browse. Google Analytics places cookies and collects standard analytics data — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you reached the site. This is used in aggregate to understand how the site is used. We do not use it to identify you personally.
When you become a customer. The information needed to quote, deliver and invoice the work, including an inventory record of the items collected.
We do not collect payment card details through this website.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quotation
- To arrange collection, storage and return, and to contact you about a live job
- To issue quotations and invoices, and to keep the records the law requires
- To understand, in aggregate, how the website performs
We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing email to people who have only asked for a quote.
Who it is shared with
Your details are shared only where they are needed to deliver the service you asked for — for example with the partners who carry out collection, transport, storage or painting on a specific job, and with the service providers that run this website, our analytics and our messaging.
The website is hosted by Netlify. Analytics is provided by Google. Enquiries sent through WhatsApp are handled on WhatsApp’s platform and are subject to their own terms and privacy policy. These providers may process data outside the UAE.
We will also disclose information where we are required to by law.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept only as long as they are useful for following up. Records relating to actual jobs, including quotations and invoices, are kept for as long as required for tax, accounting and legal purposes.
Cookies
This site uses Google Analytics cookies to measure traffic, and your browser’s session storage to remember which campaign link you arrived through so that a later enquiry can be attributed to it. That session data is cleared when you close the tab.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works without them.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email info@smartspace-me.com and we will respond.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
