Storage starts at AED 500 per month for a boxes-only unit. A studio is AED 700, a one-bedroom AED 1,200, a two-bedroom AED 1,950 and a villa AED 2,600 per month. Packing and transport is charged once, from AED 850. All prices exclude 5% VAT.

You get the full price confirmed before anything is booked.

The monthly price covers the storage itself: a temperature-controlled, CCTV-monitored unit with controlled access, your photo and video inventory, and WhatsApp support while your items are with us.

The more notice you can give, the more choice of slot you have. If you are working to a fixed handover date, tell us the date when you first message.

Cover is not automatically included in the prices on this site. If you want cover for your items, raise it when you request your quote and we will set out the options in writing as part of your quotation and terms.

No. There is no lock-in contract. You can store for a month or for a year.

If you pay quarterly or annually upfront to take advantage of the discounts, that period is paid in advance — the discount is the trade-off for committing early.

Send us a photo or a short video of the rooms on WhatsApp and describe the furniture. We will tell you which size fits and what it costs before you commit.

We size by category rather than by measurement: Boxes, Studio, 1 Bedroom, 2 Bedroom and Villa. Most people book the one that matches the property they are emptying — the one-bedroom category is the most common.

Packing, wrapping and any furniture disassembly are included in the one-off packing and transport charge. You do not need to pack yourself, and you do not need to hire a van or lift anything.

If you would rather pack your own boxes and only pay for transport, say so when you request your quote and we will price it that way.

Your items are held in a managed facility rather than a self-storage unit you hold a key to, so access is arranged rather than walk-in. Message us on WhatsApp with what you need back and we will arrange retrieval or a return delivery.

Because everything is photographed on the way in, you can usually identify the exact item you want from your inventory before we go and find it.

Yes. We cannot store food or anything perishable, live plants or animals, flammable or explosive material such as gas cylinders, fuel and solvents, chemicals, weapons and ammunition, illegal items, or cash, jewellery and documents of high value.

Yes. We coordinate apartment painting for handover — studio AED 850, one-bedroom AED 1,600, two-bedroom AED 2,200, villa AED 2,800, excluding VAT. Book it together with your storage and you save AED 200.

You do not need to be there. We handle the scheduling so the flat is painted and ready for the handover inspection.

Smart Space manages the whole job and stays your single point of contact from the first WhatsApp message to the final delivery. The collection, transport, storage and painting are delivered through our operational structure and vetted partners.

You deal with us throughout. You do not get passed between three companies to chase a delivery slot.

You get a written quotation confirming the monthly storage rate, the one-off packing and transport charge, and any painting, before anything is booked. Payment terms are set out on that quotation.

Paying quarterly saves 5%. Paying six months upfront makes your collection free. Paying twelve months upfront makes collection free and takes 5% off.

Yes. Office furniture during a fit-out or relocation, stock and equipment, retail fixtures between locations, and archive boxes are all common. Business storage is quoted on what you actually need to store rather than from a fixed residential tier.
