Why villas get quoted after a survey
Apartment contents are predictable. Villa contents are not. Two four-bedroom villas on the same street can differ by half again in volume, because one has an empty garage and the other has eight years of accumulated outdoor furniture, sports equipment, a spare fridge and a shed.
So villa jobs start with a survey rather than a tier. Send a short video walking through each room, the garage, the maid's room and the outdoor space on WhatsApp, and we price against what is actually there. The published villa rate is AED 2,600 a month with packing and transport at AED 5,000 — the survey confirms whether your villa sits at that level.
The parts of a villa people under-count
- The garage. Tools, tyres, bikes, camping gear, the second fridge, paint tins. Often the single largest volume in the house.
- Outdoor furniture. Dining sets, loungers, shading, a barbecue. Bulky, and much of it has taken years of direct sun — worth deciding what is genuinely worth storing.
- The maid's room. Usually being used as storage already.
- Built-in versus free-standing. Fitted wardrobes and kitchen units stay. Everything else goes.
Access at a villa
Villas are easier than towers — no lift booking, no permit — but not automatically simple. Gated communities often restrict commercial vehicle access to certain hours and require the security office to be notified. Narrow lanes in the older communities can rule out the largest vehicle, which changes the number of trips.

Common questions
How do I know what size I need?
Send us a photo or a short video of the rooms on WhatsApp and describe the furniture. We will tell you which size fits and what it costs before you commit.
We size by category rather than by measurement: Boxes, Studio, 1 Bedroom, 2 Bedroom and Villa. Most people book the one that matches the property they are emptying — the one-bedroom category is the most common.
How much does storage cost in Dubai with Smart Space?
Storage starts at AED 500 per month for a boxes-only unit. A studio is AED 700, a one-bedroom AED 1,200, a two-bedroom AED 1,950 and a villa AED 2,600 per month. Packing and transport is charged once, from AED 850. All prices exclude 5% VAT.
You get the full price confirmed before anything is booked.
Do you pack for me, or do I pack myself?
Packing, wrapping and any furniture disassembly are included in the one-off packing and transport charge. You do not need to pack yourself, and you do not need to hire a van or lift anything.
If you would rather pack your own boxes and only pay for transport, say so when you request your quote and we will price it that way.
Which areas of Dubai do you cover?
All of Dubai — Marina, JBR, JLT, Downtown, DIFC, Business Bay, Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah, Al Barsha, Mirdif, Arabian Ranches, Dubai Hills, Silicon Oasis, Sports City and the rest.

How quickly can you collect or return my items?
Message us on WhatsApp and we reply quickly. We confirm the collection or return slot with you before anything is scheduled — collection and return timing is confirmed based on availability.
The more notice you can give, the more choice of slot you have. If you are working to a fixed handover date, tell us the date when you first message.
Do I pay extra to get my things back?
Yes. Return delivery is quoted separately and charged in addition to storage, unless it is already included in your agreed package. It is normally charged at the same rate as your original collection, and the amount is confirmed with you before we schedule it.
If you paid six or twelve months upfront, your collection is free — return delivery is still quoted separately.
How much notice do you need?
Tell us your dates as early as you can, especially if you are working to a tenancy end date or a handover inspection. Collection and return timing is confirmed based on availability.
Bookings around the end of the month and over school-holiday moving season fill up faster, so early notice gets you more choice.
Is there anything you cannot store?
Yes. We cannot store food or anything perishable, live plants or animals, flammable or explosive material such as gas cylinders, fuel and solvents, chemicals, weapons and ammunition, illegal items, or cash, jewellery and documents of high value.
