Terms of service

1. Who you are contracting with

Smart Space Storage Solutions is a service operated by Vida Nordic Interior Decoration LLC, Office 506-0, Mezzanine Floor 2, ART Tower, Al Raffa, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Quotations, invoices and contracts are issued in that name.

2. What this website is

This website describes our services and sets out published rates so you can see roughly what something costs before you contact us. It is information, not an offer capable of acceptance, and using it does not create a contract.

Your contract with us is formed by the written quotation we issue for your specific job, together with the terms and conditions attached to it. If anything on this website conflicts with your quotation and its terms, your quotation and its terms prevail.

3. Prices

Rates published on this site are the standard rates for standard residential storage, and they exclude 5% VAT. They may change. Some work is priced individually rather than from the published table — villas after a survey, business and commercial storage, and anything requiring specialist handling.

Your price is the one confirmed in your written quotation, not the one shown here.

Storage is charged monthly. Packing and transport into storage is charged once. Return delivery is quoted separately and charged in addition to storage, unless it is already included in your agreed package.

4. Bookings, collection and return

A booking is confirmed once we have agreed the scope and price with you and scheduled a slot. Collection and return timing is confirmed based on availability. Dates and times shown on an enquiry form are a request, not a confirmed booking.

Cancellation, rescheduling and any charges that apply are set out in the terms attached to your quotation.

5. What can and cannot be stored

You must not present for storage anything that is prohibited, including food and perishables, plants, animals, flammable or explosive material, gas cylinders, fuel, solvents, chemicals, weapons, ammunition, or anything unlawful under UAE law.

You should not store cash, jewellery, or irreplaceable original documents. See what cannot be placed in storage.

You confirm that you own the items presented for storage, or are authorised to deal with them.

6. Cover for your property

Cover for stored property is not automatically included in the rates published on this website, and nothing on this site should be read as a statement that your property is insured by us.

If you want cover, raise it when you request your quotation. Any cover, and its scope, limits and cost, will be set out in your quotation and the terms attached to it.

7. Liability

Our liability in connection with a job is governed by the terms attached to your quotation. Nothing in those terms or here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.

This website is provided as it is. We take care to keep it accurate but do not warrant that it is free of error, and we are not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of information on it rather than on a written quotation.

8. Payment

Payment terms are set out in your quotation and invoice. Where storage is paid in advance to obtain a discount, that period is paid upfront.

9. Third-party links and services

This site links to WhatsApp for messaging. Your use of WhatsApp is subject to their own terms and privacy policy, not ours.

10. Governing law

These terms and any contract formed with us are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the Dubai courts have jurisdiction.
